Free Mid-Year Projection (Not an appt, simply follow directions below)

July 1^st-July 4^{th (Limited to the first 100 clients that send in)}

Please fax (209-832-4609), email (office@billpollardcpa.com) or mail (79 East 11^th Street Tracy 95376) the following to the office to take advantage of the free mid-year projection.

1. Most recent paystub (from all employers during the year, including

    unemployment, social security and retirement)

2. Real estate transactions (the HUD-1 or final closing statement for any purchase,       sell or refinance of any properties)

3. Please note on a cover letter any of the following changes:

    a. change in dependents/ marital status

    b. change in withholding

    c. any other major changes that could affect your taxes

4. Provide the best telephone number to call you back at

The fee for any projections is as follows:

July 1st - July 4th = First 100 projectsions received are FREE

July 5th - July 14th = $25.00

Outside this time frame = $50.00
